Weight Loss Banana Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 Banana
  • ½ natural yogurt:  (for containing calcium and protein that increase the fat burning in your body)
  • 2 lemons’ juice: (lemons are known for their capacity in fat burning and increasing the matobilsm by the viamin C )
  • 2 TbS of Flaxseed: ( rich of fiber and decease the cholesterol levels in the body)
  • 1Tea.S of cinnamon powder: ( it lower sugar blood in the body, triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, and total cholesterol, it decrease the hunger sensation and improve fat burning) 
  • ½ Tea.S ginger powder: (a natural anti stress, and improve the metabolism and fat burning) 

After having all the magical ingredients, to get your smoothie ready, mix all of them in the blender until it become smooth and envoy your magical drink every morning on an empty stomach. 

N.B:

Notes to take into consideration if you have some health issues like the following ones:

  • If you suffer from hypertension,  you have better to remove the cinnamon and ginger from the smoothie ingredients and keep the rest
  • Pregnant women should not take more than 1 gram of ginger per day
